Industrial 3D Printing at Production Quality

Choose SLA for fine-detail show models, SLS and MJF for tough functional nylon parts, or FDM for large low-cost form-fit parts. All parts are depowdered, bead-blasted and dimensionally checked before shipping in 2–4 days.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

SLS vs MJF — which should I choose?

Both produce strong nylon parts. MJF offers more consistent mechanical properties and finer surface for functional end-use parts; SLS is more economical for very small batches and offers more material choices like glass-filled nylon and TPU.

Can 3D printed parts replace machined or molded parts?

For brackets, housings, ducts and fixtures, MJF PA12 often replaces machined aluminum at 30–60% of the cost. For precision interfaces, we can CNC ream critical holes in printed parts — a hybrid approach.

How fast is delivery?

Standard 2–4 working days, with next-day dispatch possible for SLA parts ordered before noon China time.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs and never publish customer designs without written permission.
